1 Roast Beef Sandwich on Sour Dough toast (640 cals)
1 Medium Salad (green leaf, tomato, carrot shreds) (35 cals)
.5 oz of Bleu Cheese Dressing (38 cals)
1 16 oz Iced Tea (4 cals)

(717 cals) - I honestly thought the roast beef sandwich was healthy than it actually was.
